Sriracha Crema Sauce

salsa

The perfect addition to top off any taco, is this sauce I created with some inspiration from the internet and local rotisserie spots. You probably have everything in your fridge for it already and it takes just moments to make! It reminds me of the amazingly creamy sauces you can get from any peruvian chicken spot in the Northern Virginia area, (without paying for extra!). Give it a shot the next time you make tacos and you will be very happy you did.

Ingredients:
1 Clove Garlic Minced
2 Tbsp Mayo, light is fine, but the heavier, the creamier
2 Tbsp Milk, heavier for creamier, I used 2% and it was just fine
1 Swirl of Sriracha, or any red hot sauce/chili sauce
1 pinch/dash of salt

3. Add a swirl of Sriracha & taste until desired heat is met

It is that easy and I guarantee, after you do this once, you’re going to be making this for every taco dish you ever make in the future!
