3 cups of chickpeas (or 2 cans) rinse and drained
1 bunch of cilantro, about 1/3 cup pressed
1 Jalapeño/ 2 tbsp cut up
1. Place chickpeas, cilantro, Jalapeño in a food processor. Squeeze the lime juice in as well.
2. Turn on until everything blends into a very smooth consistency or however you enjoy your hummus.
